Strong receiver from the mid-2000s. With suitable speakers, I was getting near rock concert levels in my living room even without a subwoofer.

Has quality phono stage so would make an excellent stereo amp for vinyl or could be used as a multi-channel power amp via the direct inputs. Video switching by composite, S-Video or component. I've been enjoying it over the last week or so during testing; sound quality is fine indeed with excellent dynamics and silent background.
